A creamy Bandaged Cheddar cheese with a hand waxed bandage rind. It has sweet and distinct Cheddar notes. This cheese has been awarded many medals in the US and World Cheese Championship contest starting with a 1st place in 2009 and most recently a 2nd place in 2015.
