What if my package or items are delayed or damaged during shipping?

Springside Cheese is not responsible for any delays in transit. Please note FedEx does not guarantee transit times, and there may be significant delays. Delays caused by forces outside of the control of the shipping providers, i.e. weather, are not normally covered and will be at the discretion of Springside Cheese.   

We are not liable for damage caused by weather conditions or any intentional or unintentional actions or neglect by FedEx or the receiver. Should items arrive damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim directly with FedEx.
