Pickup Timeframe: We have a 3-hour window from the time you place your order until the time your order is ready for pickup. This allows our cheesemongers time to properly process and prep your order. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready. Orders placed after 2 pm will be available for pickup the following day. Same day pickup is based on the volume of orders we receive and the time the order is placed. Pickup times can also be scheduled in advance based on availability.

During your designated pickup time, please park in one of the Curbside Pickup designated parking spots located in front of the store. Stay in your vehicle and pop your trunk. A staff member will bring out your order. 

For Drive-Thru, pull around the designated pickup lane and a member of our team will greet you.

Shipping: We only ship Monday - Tuesday. Any order placed after 2 pm Central on Tuesday, will ship the following Monday.

If you are unable to make it to our locations to pick up an order, we offer shipping via FedEx with tracking anywhere in the United States. After entering a shipping address, please choose your preferred shipping option. Depending on your shipping destination, you may only have one option available. Because our cheese is perishable, we ship products in insulated cooler boxes with ice packs. This shipping method is necessary to ensure you get your cheese in the best condition possible.
