Pickup Timeframe: We have a 3-hour window from the time you place your order until the time your order is ready for pickup. This allows our cheesemongers time to properly process and prep your order. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready. Orders placed after 2 pm will be available for pickup the following day. Same day pickup is based on the volume of orders we receive and the time the order is placed. Pickup times can also be scheduled in advance based on availability.

Shipping: We only ship Monday - Tuesday. Any order placed after 2 pm Central on Tuesday, will ship the following Monday.
If you are unable to make it to our locations to pick up an order, we offer shipping via FedEx with tracking anywhere in the United States. After entering a shipping address, please choose your preferred shipping option. Depending on your shipping destination, you may only have one option available. Because our cheese is perishable, we ship products in insulated cooler boxes with ice packs. This shipping method is necessary to ensure you get your cheese in the best condition possible.
We will fill your order with items currently available in our shops. We are not able to guarantee we will have every item on your list. If we are out of stock on an item, we will contact you to confirm swapping for another item. If you are unable to find a product online that you know we carry in store please contact our stores to inquire about availability.
