Shipping Policy

At Springside Cheese, we take great care to ensure your cheese arrives fresh, safe, and ready to enjoy. Because our products are perishable, our shipping process is designed with quality and timing in mind.

Shipping Schedule

We ship orders Monday through Tuesday only to prevent products from sitting in transit over the weekend.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (Central Time) on Tuesday will ship the following Monday.
  • This schedule helps ensure your cheese arrives in optimal condition.

Shipping Methods & Packaging

We ship nationwide within the United States using FedEx and/or UPS with tracking.

All orders are carefully packed in insulated cooler boxes with ice packs. This specialized packaging is essential to maintaining the freshness and quality of our cheeses during transit.

After entering your shipping address at checkout, you will be able to select from the available shipping options. Depending on your location, there may be limited delivery choices.

Product Availability

We fulfill orders based on current in-store inventory. While we do our best to include every item requested, availability cannot be guaranteed.

  • If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a substitution.
  • If you are looking for a product not listed online, please reach out to us directly to check availability.

Order Changes

If you need to modify an order after it has been placed:

  • Please call the store or email us at customerservice@springsidecheese.com
  • Reference your order number when contacting us
  • If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we can update it and adjust the total before processing

Holiday Shipping

Shipping carriers often experience delays during the holiday season. To help ensure timely delivery:

  • Orders should be placed at least one week in advance
  • We continue to ship Monday and Tuesday only during this time
  • We do not ship orders during the week of Christmas
