Our Oconto Falls, WI retail shop is open for drive-thru, curbside and in-store pickups. Shipping is also available nationwide.

Our Pueblo, CO retail shop is open for curbside, in-store pickups and delivery throughout Pueblo and Pueblo West, CO on select days. Shipping is also available nationwide.

COVID UPDATE: WISCONSIN RETAIL SHOP

According to latest news updates, Wisconsin Governor Evers has initiated a new mandate limiting public gatherings to no more than 10 people, for indoor spaces without an occupancy limit established by the local municipality. To comply with this new mandate, the Springside Cheese retail shop will be limited to no more than 10 people total, including staff and customers.

To help us alleviate issues resulting from the Governor’s mandate, we remind our customers of the curbside pickup option available when placing orders online or via telephone. We are also excited to announce that a new drive-through option for our Wisconsin retail shop will be available towards the end of November.

Thank you for your understanding and compliance with this new mandate from the governor of Wisconsin.

The compassion and courage shown by those working to help our communities, front line workers and first responders is greatly appreciated during these unprecedented times. Throughout this challenge, Springside Cheese staff has stepped up to assist our customers while maintaining the safety standards necessary to ensure everyone's wellbeing.

While we miss chatting with you behind the counter and discussing all things cheese, we thank you for your continued support, empathy and understanding. When it is considered safe to do so, and in cooperation with local health officials and governments, we look forward to welcoming you back into our stores.

At this time, our retail stores will remain open to curbside and shipping only until further notice. We understand our timing may not work for everyone but this conservative approach ensures we provide a safe environment for customers and staff while working to balance the complex process of accessibility, social distancing, face mask usage, and touchpoint sanitation. We appreciate customers being sensitive to staff and other customers during this time.

We are putting immense emphasis on the safest and most convenient way for customers to order their favorites from Springside Cheese. We continue to update available items on our website and are always open to phone calls for special orders.

Placing Orders

• Phone Orders: Please call 920-829-6395 (option 2 for WI, option 4 for CO) or  719-696-9120 (option 1 for CO, option 3 for WI)
• Online: Shop our website anytime at springsidecheese.com.

Receiving Orders

• Car-side Pickup: We are offering a car-side pickup outside of our shops in Oconto Falls, WI, and Pueblo, CO. Please call when you arrive and let us know your vehicle’s make and model during checkout. We will hold onto your order and charge your method of payment when your order has been picked and placed on hold for you. You will receive a confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.
• Shipping: If you are unable to make it to our locations to pick up an order, we offer shipping via FedEx with tracking to anywhere in the United States. This is the default option available during checkout.

At Springside Cheese, we have always maintained the highest standards of food safety practices in adherence to the strict regulations set by the FDA and USDA. We are actively taking measures to increase cleaning and sanitation at our locations and encourage all customers to follow regulations and stay home.
